In December we helped 1,441 people with 4,139 issues and a total of £323,620 income gain for them.
822 people used our website and 400 called us.
Our busiest time was between the hour of 9-10am.
Our opening times for our drop-in advice service are Monday to Thursday 10am-3pm for our generalist service and 10am-4pm for our debt advice.
Our telephone advice service is open Monday to Friday 9am-4pm.
