In the month of April, we were able to make a positive impact on the lives of 1,591 individuals with 3,763 issues who reached out to us for assistance. Through our face-to-face, website, and helpline services, we provided guidance on everything from money advice to relationships and mental health. Thanks to our money advice team, we also helped our clients save a total of £205,646 in April.
We had 851 unique users who accessed our services through our website. Our website offers a wealth of information and resources on a variety of topics, including debt and money, housing, and employment. It's clear that people are turning to the internet more and more for advice and support, and we are proud to be able to offer a reliable source of information for those who need it.
We also received 408 calls from individuals who needed more personalised support. Our team of experts was able to provide guidance on a range of issues, including benefits, consumer rights, and family law.
Our impact in April went beyond just the numbers. Each person we helped had a unique story and set of circumstances, and our goal was to provide them with the tools and resources they needed to overcome their challenges.
Our work is far from done, and we remain committed to helping as many individuals as possible achieve financial stability and independence. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and are constantly looking for ways to improve our services to better meet their needs.
